• Can I order a holiday home without equipment?
  No, because all JB Homes mobile home models are designed with attention to details. The idea of the brand is a fully equipped static caravan. The home contains everything necessary for year-round use, fully equipped rooms, including a bathroom and a kitchenette with household appliances.
• Do I have an influence on the choice of colours for the interior and exterior elements of the mobile home?
  Yes, when signing the contract for your mobile home you have the possibility to choose the colours of materials such as furniture, wall and floor finishes, furniture upholstery and elevation. This does not affect the price of the static caravan.
• Can I still enrich the mobile home with additional equipment?
  Yes, but it will not be a lot of elements, because the home on wheels are practically fully equipped. The customer can choose to have additional sunblinds or a bunk bed.
• What is the warranty period and what does the warranty cover?
  The warranty period is 2 years and covers all the elements included in the mobile home.
• Is the static caravan suitable for year-round use?
  All of our mobile homes for sale are available in year-round version with 18cm PUR open-cell foam insulation in walls, roof and floor. The insulation in combination with underfloor heating will guarantee that the temperature inside the mobile home will remain constant and optimal. We also decided to use high quality window woodwork to make the house very warm and energy efficient. In the JB Homes mobile homes models we have used three-pane windows allowing to maintain excellent thermal insulation parameters with significant savings on heating.
